Our NEW rotary dye-extractor is the “NRP/EVOLUTION”.This machine has been projected to be completely automatic in each function, in particular way to facilitate the loading and unloading of the material. These operations may be done in semi-automatic way or completely robotized through shuttle.
The unloading operation is done at the end of the cycle positioning the basket drum creating a “chute”, allowing to the material to fall into a trolley. For the manual loading, the drum is positioned to create a “bag” in order to receive easily the material to be dyed.
