Special air finishing machine for fabrics in rope

Introduced for the first time at ITMA '95, MULTIFINISH - machine for special air finishing of fabrics in rope - allows to obtain swelling and to exalt the tact (the so called touch") of knitted and woven fabrics without sudden and irregular banging or impact against metallic griddles or walls by simply exploiting the kinetic force generated by the "Venturi" pipe.
Thanks to the modular and uniform solicitation of fibres long the dragging pipes, the final hand of the fabrics appear softer, voluminous, flowing…

High productivity, reduction of the times of treatment, reduction of the energetic consumptions, repetition of lots, versatility of use to obtain "effect of hands" various and better from those known, reduction of the occupied spaces, reduced maintenance, are the main and distinctive characteristics of this machine. Some well known processes :

with enzymes and softener until the complete drying of fabrics
drying of centrifuged or squeezed fabrics, with/without softener
injection of steam
shrinkage of elastic (stretch) fabric
resins polymerisation at high temperature (150 to 170°C.).
fibrillation, enzyme, softener, drying of “tencel” and “lyocel” fabrics

The load of every rope is constant and ranges from 120 kg. during wet treatments up to 150 kg. during dried or drying processes (ref. 400 grams per linear meter fabric).

Other distinctive characteristics is given from the possibility to work in separate ropes or in one only rope or in continuous “roll to roll”.
